If you’re willing to join Local 185 and go through their apprenticeship training program, then Selby Soil will be happy to conduct an in person interview with you within the next two weeks—unless you’re already a member?

Joining the Laborers Union Local 185 is a requirement in order to become employed by Selby Soil. I hope to learn more about you and your continued career interest with Selby Soil soon. Once you’re registered and enrolled in their apprenticeship program, please let me know as soon as possible so we can request your profile and commence scheduling. All applicants for Laborer (DOT or NON DOT positions) MUST upload a copy of their current MVR/DMV record during the application process. Please follow upload instructions below.

All applicants that are extended an offer of employment MUST participate in either the NON DOT 5 panel oral swap pre-employment drug screen or the DOT pre employment drug screen. Which ever is applicable to your driver's license status (Class A and B will be subject to DOT pre-employment drug screening and CFR 49 verification) all Class C or ID only laborers will be subject to NON DOT pre employment drug screening.
